Part of her role is to improve the understanding of customer behaviour and to ensure that new initiatives are designed with a true awareness of human behaviour in mind.  Niamh graduated from Dublin City University in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in Financial and Actuarial Mathematics, and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland since 2007.  Niamh attended Dublin Business School in 2015/2016, receiving a Post Grad HDip in Psychology. Prior to SCOR, Niamh worked in New Ireland Assurance in Dublin, heading up the Product Management area.
