Alberto Zazo
Trained as a philologist, Alberto began working in the world of insurance in 1998 at the direct insurance company Royal & Sun Alliance, which was later acquired by Liberty Seguros. He worked in the benefits area until 2003 when he moved into the world of risk selection and life claims.
In 2007 Alberto began working in reinsurance at Gen Re, where he initially worked as an underwriter and claims handler in the Life and Health area for business in Spain and Portugal, extending these same functions to the Latin American market beginning in April 2011.
In November 2021, Alberto joined the SCOR Iberia team in the Madrid office within the Life & Health department. In February 2023 his duties expanded to include Latin American business as Head of Medical Underwriting and Claims for Iberia and Latin America.
