Your use of SCOR group sites constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the www.scor.com website as well as any extranet site made available by SCOR SE or one of its subsidiaries to a third party, and in particular the extranet sites made available by SCOR Investment Partners SE as indicated in the “Access” section hereinafter (collectively called the “Site(s)”).

You may access the SCOR group Sites free of charge. You are responsible for paying all charges relating to accessing and using your internet connection in accordance with the terms and conditions set by your Internet service provider and telecommunications operator.
The www.scor.com Site has been designed and developed to be accessible to all users.
The SCOR group extranet sites, designed exclusively for SCOR group clients, have restricted access: 
  • The SCOR Property & Casualty and SCOR Life & Health extranet sites are designed for the participants and organizers of Campus events run by these entities,
  • The SCOR Investment Partners SE extranet is designed exclusively for professional investors within the meaning of the Directive 2004/39/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 April 2004 on markets in financial instruments (referred to as “MiFID”).
Access to the content of these extranet Sites is restricted and reserved for authorized users. These Sites are accessed via an individual login and password.
