SCOR announces the appointment of Thomas Fossard as Head of Investor Relations. Thomas will report to François de Varenne, Group Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and will also oversee SCOR's relationship with the rating agencies. Thomas will join the Group in November 2023.
Yves Cormier has decided to leave the Group to pursue another opportunity. He will continue to run the Investor Relations team during the transition period.
François de Varenne, Group CFO and Deputy CEO, comments: “I am delighted that Thomas is joining us as Head of Investor Relations. He brings unparalleled experience, having covered SCOR as a research analyst for more than 25 years. As we are entering the execution phase of our strategic plan, Forward 2026, his expertise will be extremely valuable in terms of continuing to engage proactively with shareholders and sharing the Group’s roadmap for value creation with the market. On behalf of the Executive Committee, and speaking personally, I would also like to thank Yves for his significant contribution to the Group’s financial communication over the past two years, more particularly for building our new reporting framework under IFRS 17 and for preparing the 2022 and 2023 Investor Days.”
